USA EAT FIT also offers access to Registered Dietitians to answer questions or make meal planning suggestions. If you need help coming up with a healthy Friday night pre-long run meal, just ask! Or if you are looking for ways to get the right amount of calcium, carbohydrates or protein in your diet, just ask! And, if you are days away from a big race, you can even get tips on what to eat leading up to race day.
