The company:
Welcome to the USA Eat Fit program. We started USA Eat Fit because we know that how and what you eat affects the quality of your exercise program. Our goal is that, through education, you will learn how to make choices that will lead to a healthier life.
As dietitians, we have educated and counseled hundreds of patients and are constantly surprised that, despite all the nutrition information available, many people are misinformed and misguided. USA Eat Fit was written and peer reviewed by Registered Dietitians and PhD's whose purpose is to educate others on ways to live a healthier life. We have no ties to any industry and are not promoting any organization's message. |
